How do I reach the technical team responsible for the C series firmware and updates? They've made a mistake (not sure how else to describe it) in the last available firmware (1010) and pretty much ruined the sound quality and some of the features of the whole C series. Please connect me to technicians who are savvy enough to understand the issue as I'd love explain in details what happened with the last update.

I apologize, but this is a User to User Support Community. Ā You can try clicking on the support tab at the bottom of the Members app and submitting feedback or contacting Customer Service. Ā They might be able to assist you.

Thanks for the reply but Customer Service through the Members app doesn't answer tech questions at all and contacting Samsung through the website support just sends you on the loop of people who tell you to unplug and plug the soundbar. Are you saying, as an, ambassador, you can't submit the feedback to Samsung's proper team at all?

Since this is a User to User support community I’m saying the only way that I know of is to submit feedback is to contact Support with either the Website chat or call 1-800-Samsung, or too submit feedback in the support tab of the Members App.

Well, I guess then it's Impossible to help Samsung to fix their issue. Support page help or calling is utterly useless - you'll never get more than unplug or reset your soundbar and they will never escalate to any appropriate department. Not sure what to do in this case

You will need to either call or use the chat on the samsung site this forum isn't where you get direct support from samsung

By this logic, it's impossible to get direct help from Samsung or to properly communicate the issue to them on a technical level beyond "please unplug your soundbar" Help page response.
