I recommend contacting Support and requesting a technical diagnosis for the issue you are experiencing with your washer. The cause of this problem could be anything.

May I suggest that you check the outlet that the machine is plugged into?  I had a washing machine once that did the same thing so, being that it had a good life, I went out and replaced it only to find out that it was the outlet that was bad.  There was enough power running to the outlet to power the lights and the start of the cycle, but not enough to power through completion (which is why I was fooled into thinking the washer was at fault).  It wasn't that it tripped the breaker either, it just stopped.  Once the outlet was replaced, everything was good.
