Galaxy Watch

I bought a Samsung galaxy 7 watch and my phone doesn't see it when i use the Samsung wearable app. If i go into Bluetooth it see the device, i click on it and it starts the wearable app which scans for device and then it says no device found.. How can i get my watch yo pair with s21 ultra..

Yes, i have re-installed the wearable app and my watch is new right out of the box

I don't believe "new right out of the box" means that it has the most recent update. It could have been sitting in that box for months before it was shipped.
