Hi. When I hit the Purple Samsung Internet Browser icon, then go to scroll, I notice like a grey or white line which at the right edge of the Screen, seems to guide where I am on the screen. Is that normal? I ask because I went through two other of these Devices when my phone developed a green line and worse.

That's the scroll bar. Yes, it's normal. You should see it in other apps, as well.
